HOUSE RULES

1. Full payment of the reservation must be made at time of booking.
2. We have security cameras outside at entry ways of the property. No cameras anywhere in the units.
3. No smoking in closed areas or near the rooms.
4. No pets allowed. If pets are detected in the units, we reserve the right to charge $200 fee.
5. We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
6. Damage will be charged (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others) that the guest may cause during their stay.
7. Number of guests allowed is indicated for each unit. This includes all children. We reserve the right to charge $100 per night per person for each additional guest.
8. We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
9. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.
10. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am
    

Please read our cancellation policy carefully, as it is not common for us to make an exception for it. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate your paying attention to the following:

• Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away.
• 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check in.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check in.
• If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the paid nights will not be refundable.
• In case the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged and this will be non-refundable.

Please note: all refunds (including full) are subject to a processing fee that depends on your credit card (usually 3% +30c).
